Quality In 1999 Mandriladora Leiza we introduced the ISO 9001/2000 throughout the productive system as part of the philosophy of quality, competitiveness and service which we have established in all areas.

We are committed to excellence, both in the services we offer our customers and in the development of our products. This is done so that quality cardboard tubes, supervised by the most precise controls, reach your hands.  This is possible thanks to the necessary productive means which we possess to make a perfect product.

We are leaders in the system of eliminating waste and surplus of cores which eliminates problems for our customers and the additional advantage of increased productivity.

Our cardboard tubes guarantee optimum functioning in each application bearing in mind various factors such as resistance to compression, humidity and calibration.

Environment:

Our cardboard tubes are made of totally ecological, previously recycled materials. Our cardboard is 100% recycled and 100% recyclable, in compliance with the Law 11/1997 on Containers and Waste Containers, concerning the maximum concentration of heavy metals. This means they can be disposed of comfortably so that the product enters the recycling chain once again, thus contributing to environmental sustainability. The glue we use is also ecological and we use water-based inks on our paper. The use of non-contaminating, ecological materials makes it possible for our whole range of cores to be used in the agro-food industry.

Occupational health:

In Mandriladora Leiza we carry out activities aimed at improving our work posts and the occupational health of our workers, providing continuous training in the prevention of risks and acting on possible hazards so as to minimise them.
